INGREDIENTS
- 10 oeufs / eggs
- 120 g sucre / sugar
- 60 g de cacao / cocoa
- 50 g rhum
- 125 g amaretti
- 400 cl lait / milk
- 300 g crème / cream
PREPARATION

- casser les œufs dans un bol et ajouter le sucre, bien battre jusqu’à ce que le mélange soit homogène
- ajouter la crème et le lait et bien mélanger
- ajouter la poudre de chocolat et le rhum et bien mélanger le tout sans créer de grumeaux
- casser grossièrement les amaretti et les insérer dans le composé
- mettez le mélange dans un moule de 28 cm et faites-le cuire au four à 180 degrés pendant 25/35 minutes.
