🇫🇷 « Je m’appelle Alessio. J’ai 26 ans et je viens d’Ottaviano (une petite ville près de Naples). J’ai commencé à travailler comme cinéaste il y a environ 8 ans et j’ai écrit et réalisé des courts métrages dans toute l’Europe grâce à Kino Movement. J’ai fait de nombreuses collaborations dans des clips, des documentaires, des publicités et j’ai atteint la phase finale des sélections du Centre Expérimental de la Cinématographie de Rome avec le court métrage « Lavatrice ». J’étudie la sociologie pour comprendre comment les médias peuvent changer les processus culturels. J’ai pensé au médium cinématographique comme une opportunité d’enquêter sur la réalité et les possibilités de changement qu’il apporte. Donc l’opportunité d’Europe Convergence, de faire ces 3 courts métrages et de comprendre la réalité de chaque pays avec des thèmes comme la migration ou l’écologie me rend sincèrement enthousiaste. »

🇬🇧 « My name is Alessio. I am 26 years old and I come from Ottaviano (a small town near Naples). I started working as a filmmaker about 8 years ago and I have written and directed short films all over Europe thanks to Kino Movement. I made many collaborations in music videos, documentaries, commercials and I reached the final stage of the selections of the Experimental Centre of Cinematography of Rome with the short film « Lavatrice ». I study sociology to understand how the media can change cultural processes. I thought of the cinematic medium as an opportunity to investigate reality and the possibilities of change it brings.
